Kees is a leadership coach who has contributed to the effectiveness of people and organizations around the world. This has been done through coaching, education, training, facilitation and consulting.

During his 30 year career he has served as an OD professional, trainer, manager, coach and consultant for leaders in the airline, paper, packaged products, defense, soft drink, pharmaceutical, insurance, automotive and telecommunications industries.

During this time Kees has shared his passion and expertise of leadership through accessing, generating, and deploying the precious energy of individuals for their own benefit and for the continued effectiveness of their organizations.

Kees has traveled extensively and has worked with people from many cultures and organizational levels from the shop floor to the executive suite. Kees speaks English, German, and Dutch fluently. He also has conversational level skills in French, Spanish, and Afrikaans.

Kees graduated with an MA in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University. He has formalized his coaching skills through The Coach Training Alliance and is a member of the International Coaches Federation.

Currently Kees serves on the faculty of Capella University – America’s premier totally on-line university and teaches MBA Leadership classes.
